The cycling and yoga room is awesome and I can't wait until they start classes. The fact they literally have a dedicated lap lane for swimmers is amazing. As for noise, lets just say, I live next to people who love music and in the hallway I hear the music all the time, but once I am in my UNIT, its silence and that is a PLUS. This building is made of concrete and steel, so its sound proof.

I moved in into a second floor unit on March 1 and I couldn't be more happier. I looked at several new places around downtown that were a 100 to 200 less, but when I saw how close it was from Clematis and City Place, I didn't budge on the decision. Its walkable to everything, plus there is a FREE trolly that goes all around Downtown West Palm, that people use.
You'll likely want a car when living in this area since it has few transit options. If you enjoy walking, you’ll enjoy renting in this area!
